Here is what you find on their site:
They operate under the name of Webstrategies Ltd, which is a company registered in Portugal.
Office is located in the Algarve (south of Portugal), in the city called Quarteira.
This is stated on their website:
Nitroclicks Inc. is a web-based advertising company which is currently offering the possibility to make money online by doing various assignments related to internet marketing and advertising. This does not require any specific knowledge and/or skills, although it does require the members to know some English.
Description:
Each of our members receives up to 30 assignments per month. They are usually simple assignments (asking to visit a website), or sometimes a little more complicated (requiring registration at a particular website). They are different each time and are chosen according to the members' personal interests. In addition each member has the ability to increase his(her) earnings by referring other people to join us. Our members not only get paid for direct referrals, but also for indirect ones, 5 levels deep.
Compensation:
- $10.00 for the registration
- $0.20 - $4.00 for each assignment completed
- 10 percent of direct referrals' revenue (people that you refer to join us)
- 5 percent of indirect referrals' revenue (referrals made by your referrals - 5 levels deep)
As our pay outs and the number of members are very high, payment is available when a member reaches $500.00. (Further information about this is located in FAQs).

The Scam:
NitroClicks.com is a declared scam.
They make it sound wonderful for you to make a ton of money by visiting
websites or subscribing to newsletters. There is no fee to
sign up with NitroClicks. They say they will pay you when you
reach $500.00 in your account.
How are you scammed? Well, when you are near $500, all of a sudden
your account freezes and the amount doesn't increase. You can
complain all you want to them but they either don't answer email or
say their programmers are working on it.
Another known issue, you may have $470 in your account one day but
the next you may have $200 when your account isn't frozen anymore.
They have constant issues of your dollar amount being frozen, not getting
credit for tasks you complete, decrease in dollar amount, no customer
support and they don't pay out.
When you finally reach $500, they won't pay you. They say they will
pay 60 days later but 60 days pass and you never hear from them and
when you inquire about it, they never respond back.
If you currently participate with the NitroClicks.com program, I strongly
recommend stopping and advising everyone you know that is doing the
program.
If you get paid, you are one of the rare lucky ones. I know a lot of
people that have not been paid. Everyone I have talked too has the
same complaints.
