Reprogramming Your Mind To Work From Home

What in the world does that mean? Exactly, what it means.. people need to reprogram their brains to consider working from home. If they do not reprogram their brains they will probably never work from home. Think about it... If you continue doing what you are doing right now because that is the way your brain is programmed, you will never find success working from home.

#1 People are programmed: To Work A 9-5 JOB

Think about this... Most people's minds are programmed to work a 9-5 job, and in most cases live check to check. Because their parents, friends, neighbors and anyone they know works a 9-5 job, they think it is the normal thing to do in life.

I think of an outside job like a fixed income, because you know what you are making from week to week. People go to their jobs and all they are doing is making someone else richer. One thing, I didn't like about working for someone else was the rules. You have to ask to leave early or ask to take the day off. You can't go to work late or you may get in trouble. If you make an error, make personal calls or send personal emails, you would get reprimanded. My favorite part of working a job was I would bust my butt all year long to get a 3%-5% raise. It was amazing that when you did something wrong the boss would point it out, but when you did something good they never appreciated your efforts.

It boils down to this... You go to work to make someone else richer, follow their rules, take orders, get reprimanded and never get paid what you are worth. THAT STINKS! Why do people think they have to settle for this? They settle for this because their brain is programmed to think that this is what they are supposed to be doing in life.

#2 People are programmed: To Look For A Quick Buck

People wanting to work from home are attracted to the following:

1. Get Rich Deals -
Wanting to work from home but looking for a quick buck. When you talk with people that are desperate to work from home, you find they are looking for the fast buck and looking to get rich fast and they are more likely to fall into scams and be taken for their money. Ads like.. Make $10,000 tomorrow. Opportunities that are not real and the money are not realistic.

2. Looking for the simple opportunity and getting paid -
Most people want to work from home with something simple. Either it would be something entry level or something where they think they will make money by not doing anything. It maybe one of the these types of opportunities, envelope stuffing, assembly, typing, and data entry.

3. Scams -
People are attracted to scams. WHY? I have no clue. Maybe because they sound appealing to get the fast buck or maybe simple. BUT it is obvious something is a scam and people are more likely to invest their money into a scam without checking out the company first. This is very common! I think of people being attracted to scam which is a bad thing like a teen-age girl being attracted to a bad boy. We know it is bad but it makes us even more curious and we do it.

#3 People are programmed: To Be Closed Minded

People are programmed to be closed minded to work from home opportunities. I can not tell you how many people I talk too who shut down the idea of a home based business.

You hear people say, "I want to work from home, but I don't want a home based business." You will find many people don't even know what a home based business is. They think it is investing a lot of money and starting something from scratch or it is probably a scam if it is with a company.

People also think that investing money into something to work from home is a scam. Because you have to pay a start up cost in most cases; they say it is a scam. They will be more likely to say..."I shouldn't have to pay money to work for someone or a job." That is correct, you should NEVER pay a fee to work a job like typing, data entry or any other job. BUT a home based business is not a job, it is a career or something of your own. There is no way you can open a McDonalds without investing money, right? Well, it is the same concept, you cannot start a home-based business without investing something. You are investing into your future.

Work From Home Job Reality Check:

The following are the different types of work from home jobs that are realistic.

1. Telecommuting - ask your employer about making your job telecommuting.
2. Freelancing - writers, photographers, web designers and programmers.
3. Specialized skills - specialized skills like teachers, psychologists, medical profession, medical transcription or medical billing.

If you have the ability to do any of those because of your background or education, you are lucky! Most people are not able to do any of those types of work from home jobs except for something entry level. Realistically, entry level jobs are not attainable or legitimate.

How long have been looking to work from home? Most people have been looking 6 months - 3 years. I know this for a fact, because people tell me how long they have been looking. People look that long and may not be working from home, because they are looking for something entry level. You would think if anyone has been looking that long that maybe they would find an alternative.

Do you think it is time to reprogram your mind so you can finally work from home and make money? I am sure your answer is yes.

Reprogram Your Mind To Work From Home
Open your mind and take the blinders off your eyes.

- Do you really want to work from home?
- What is your "why"? Why do you want to work from home?
- Are you tired of living check to check?

Most people can answer these questions, and would realize working from home is in their best interest.

Do you see it? Write down your why in a notebooks and think about it. Also, answer those questions. I would say read it over and over again! Are you happy with what you are reading? Probably not. Are you ready to reprogram your mind? I bet you are ready.

Most people cannot find a work from home job, and most people have no desire of starting something from scratch.

So, what are the options? HOME-BASED BUSINESS.

Home based business is an option for most people, and today there are more people taking part in one. You must open your mind and listen. Just maybe a home-based business will be a perfect match for you. Unless you reprogram your mind, you will never know.

If you want to work from home, you want to succeed, you are motivated, and you want to make a nice income, then a home-based business makes sense.

Open your mind and start looking for one.. Have your questions ready to ask someone who is working with a company you maybe interested in. Research the company and make sure it is not a scam. Do your homework and you will find the perfect match. Get all the facts and make an educated decision.

If you want to sit around, do nothing, get rich fast, are not motivated then working from home is not for you.

Benefits of a home-based business:

1. Tax write offs - you can write off your start up kit, up to 75% of your internet service, office supplies, office equipment, mileage, a portion of your house/utilities, and anything monthly expenses to maintain the home business. Most people do not realize all the tax benefits. You would not be allowed write offs if you worked an outside or inside job.

2. Income potential is endless - You have the opportunity to make more money then you would a 9-5 job.

3. Working with a company that has been in business for 5 years or more, there is less risk of being scammed.

4. More then likely you can will your business to a child or someone.. Where as with a job, if you pass on so does the income.

5. It is a life long career - and as time passes on, you will be more knowledgeable and get paid your worth.

Why I chose home based business? I chose a home based business because there are no work from home jobs that match my background, there is a trust factor and a risk of being scammed, can't do a job from home that involves the phone because of having kids, along with, working harder verses an outside job. Home based business made perfect sense to me.

Why I feel that way? If you choose a company where they have been in business over 5 years, has something people want and need, a member of the BBB and Dun & Bradstreet there is not as much risk and the changes of being scammed are less likely. Especially, with a home based business where you earn a residual income - income every single month for a one time effort, your income is endless.

Home based business does not have to be sales or telemarketing. If you believe in the company and the product/service you do not have to make it like a feeling of selling. "Oh here she comes, she is going to sell me something again." NO! The idea of a home-based business is to deliver information to the people that want it. No need to beg people to buy your product or join your business to make money if they do not have a need for it.

Learning how to educate people and delivering the information is important. Last thing anyone wants is to be sold too.

Think about this.. You join a company for a reason. You would not join a company unless you believe in the company, product/service or know that it is something people want, right?

The reasons I chose the home-based business I am working with:

1. No product to store in my house.
2. No home parties or door to door sales.
3. Company has been in business for 12 years, a member of the BBB.org, DSA.org and Dun & Bradstreet.
4. They have a product/service people need and want.
5. It is residual opportunity - earn an ongoing check for that one time effort.
6. They have a system in place, where if you follow it there is no room to fail.
7. There is training and support.
8. Opportunity to help people work from home and help people save money!
9. Make money just from flyers and brochures being left. 10. Low investment to get started.
